A declaration of state of emergency in Pakistan, thats being considered by the Government right now, would mean the suspension of fundamental rights stipulated in the constitution, legal sources have confirmed that. But it is sad that such a thing is on the table when Pakistan is about to celebrate her 60th Independence day on the 14th of August.
